Just weeks after releasing his chart-topping, festival-ready single “Generate,” Eric Prydz is already planning to deliver loads more music over the coming months.
As announced earlier today, the Swedish progressive powerhouse will be releasing PR(10)DA, a “collection of unreleased tracks spanning from the period January 2004 to December 2014.” The collection will be divvied out among three EPs, each containing four tracks. The first volume will be out in July 2015, with the second and third volumes dropping in August and September, respectively.
All this is the lead-up to Prydz’ most exciting project thus far: his first album. As he writes, it’s “an album that I have been writing in my head for over 10 years!” The as-yet untitled LP is expected for release in October of this year.
Before all that goes down, fans will have a chance to see Prydz live next month as he heads to Chicago for Spring Awakening Music Festival. He’ll also be getting in on the White Isle action with a summer stint on the terrace for Amnesia’s Cream Ibiza.
